What is spinal stenosis?
Within the spinal canal we have the spinal cord and lower down the nerves as well as a complex vascular network. In case of a spinal stenosis this canal is narrowed. Especially for older people symptoms of the disease are annoying: difficulties while walking, numbness, prickling or pain in the legs and limping are typical indications of a spinal stenosis. Even back pain might be a symptom of the disease. Surgery of a spinal stenosis can be performed minimally invasive.
