Herniated disc

This disease can be described quite easily: herniated discs entail incarcerated nerves, incarcerated nerves cause pain and troubles with the patient´s perceptions. Quite often, wear out and degeneration of the vertebral discs start in the patient´s youth. Over the years, the vertebral discs are only partially able to fulfill their function as buffers, causing the skeletal muscles to attempt to compensate for this process. The result is that muscles become cramped, which causes further pain.
