Scientific research has shown once again: diseases of the spine occur quite often. At least once a year about 50 per cent of all males and 60 per cent of females suffer from back pain. This pain can be located in different parts of the spine: the neck, the breast or the lower back. In the following pages we describe some of the most common diseases of the spine.
